An idea is to offer "Likes" service in Facebook, I am sure this helps to spread the branding around.

perhaps you can join Fiverr.com and create a gig of offering your FB friends
to add your client's FB/fan page to their respective FB for $5.-

Nice idea in principal but I'd try and do business on forums or something, Fiverr is just not worth the hassle by the time you go through all the messaging and so on for $4. They take 20% commission.

I have offline clients that pay me to run their social media campaigns. I'd be willing to pay for fanpage "likes". Especially targeted ones.
