North Korea says a lot of things.... keep in mind its a virtually bankrupt country, and wars cost money!

ps... i think most of the "other low lifes" you refer to live in the US..... If i didn't live so close I'd say go for it!

Yeah they did say that. Also...

"The North Korean government issued a warning to mariners to avoid an area in the Sea of Japan at certain times between June 24 and July 9 because of a "military firing exercise," according to a U.S. military communication about the warning provided to CNN."

Japan is reporting N. Korea intends on firing a missile at Hawaii on July 4.

Though on the same article on CNN the US denies any information to that extent.
