PVA vs. Non PVA Facebook Accts

What's the major difference when it comes to PVA vs. Non PVA Facebook accounts? I figure PVA accounts are considered less suspicious, but is it worth to go the PVA route oppose to non PVA?

pva accounts have safety more than non pva accounts. sometimes many people forget their password, then this pva accounts some into great use.

PVA accounts are more secured and it is one way of determining that a certain account is real and not a bot. This is to minimize spammers in the site.
