Whats the best way to use social bookmarking to promote
videos.

I'm going to be concentrating on seo for the videos, should I
bookmark my web page with the video, youtube or both.

On youtube I'm going to be creating multible accounts
using a proxy to keep from getting banned.

Should I use a proxy with social bookmarking sites & create multiple
accounts with my keywords in the user name.

And if I create multiple accounts for each, what causes the
social bookmarking sites to ban you, how many submissions.

It depends on what scale you are looking at when it comes to using social bookmarking. If your only bookmarking it a few times just for links then no red flags will be raised but if you are bookmarking the video and creating other profiles and user accounts to vote then they will catch on pretty quick.

Proxies are always best when you are doing lots of submissions to the bookmarking sites.

I am using DHCP, does this still need to use proxy? because every time i restart my modem, I get another new IP.

another confusion I have, I having 1 account at digg.com, but every time I use the same account to submit my own website article there. does this will affect any thing? Does I need to create multipla account to submit my website every time I have new article coming up?

It shouldnt be a problem until you run out of unique ips. then they start repeating themselves....

I will be bookmarking my videos about 1 per hour will that cause a problem.
