Is Tweet Hummingbird a winsock or http application?

Can anyone recommend the best follow/follower tweet application?

You must be new to the whole coding scene.
winsock a the socket handler for windows.
http is a protocol.
hummingbird could be both of these, or neither.

I use flashtweet.com and I just came along a problem. It seems after i login with my tweeter account when i click "mass follow" there is an error on that page and all the keywords on the page moves to the right and prevents me from clicking check all and following. Can you please tell me if your experecning the same and if how to correct it

theres acctually a new site called twitteradds.com that just came out has a really good concept just needs more members. but ive always used hummingbird

i like lively browsers bot cause it follows with 10 threads and getmoretwitters looks good, supposedly dms all new followers at every hour automatically but havent figured how to do it yet, does anyone know anything else that can do this?

I'd recommend this program it's free and it won't use your account to post adds like the other web based tools do. Also works much faster than Twitter Adder by LivelyBrowser. I paid for the program from them and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Anyways, here is the one I like.
