An the name ON page and OFF page , we can see the difference in name, so basically in on page we work on website but in off page backside of website, in off page we do not work on website, we just create backlinks for our website. In on page we optimize and manage website.

On page seo means the changes you made on the page like you make change in tittle , description or any other contents and the off page is the changes you made in back end of like directory submission , blog commenting , or forum posting
