get a voucher and test it with adwords. see if there's traffic there. if there is, then it's possible that you can make a decent amount of cash. look at other sites on the same topic. are they getting a crap ton of traffic? if they are, then go for it. don't worry about the competition. you don't have to be #1 in google for a particular term to get traffic that will convert like crazy. and you don't have to pay to get it either. no one will know how profitable this market is going to be until you get in indexed and start driving targeted traffic to it.

Go for it, exact keyword domain is easy to rank even for new site with little backlink. Pagerank doesnt give effect in SERP, as long as your site has good quality score.
