It is possible, but not using IM last minute. IM is a mid-to-long term process. Unless you've got a set system for IM then I think you should look to other means of getting money. I'd say flip websites, do IM for other businesses, or offer services to create websites and get paid up front.

Im not an expert but if its credit card debt in the UK the creditor can only place a charge order. in the states its like a judgment. you wont loose your house but will have to pay back if you sell. The creditor could request the courts to have you declare bankruptcy but no judge will do this over 7k. Good luck!

For me its a little bit fishy... I have been working in 3 banks in Ireland (same system as in UK) and they will not take your home for CC debt... I had 3K debt for 6 months in the past and the only thing I did was I called them and told them I dont have job or income and I cant do any payments untill I will get a job. They easily agree to wait for some money with no problems, they just asked me to send a 100 Euro a month to secure them that I am in the country...

Hard to believe they want to take something from you in UK for CC problems... Well only if you are stupid enough to play with them for year or so...

The 7 grande is just the overdue part... my oh my... Both my wife and i have been working like fools trying to get this caught up and we're making good money... just about a month to 2 months behind on being able to be just above breakeven and then it goes down month by month.

The rent-the-house out is a great idea, will look into that immediately. That did cross our minds as a last resort.

A completely black hat thing I was thinking of doing was taking this 130 + GB of IM courses and stuff I've downloaded over the past 2 months, burning it to disk and selling it through the free lists for $100 a crack; would only need 70 sales... wonder if that's possible.

Extra Winner: I don't know the UK legal system well, all I know is that we got actually two letters from 2 different debtors;one is a huge credit card debt with 7 grande past due; we've been trying to reason with them for 4 months... the other is similar and they are both threatening to take us to court... they would get the judgement and I don't know what they can do after that but send the bailiff in to collect whatever they want... anyway it's not good to get a debt judement against you for many many reasons here in the U.K. since I run my own business.

You've just been given some sensible suggestions: OFFLINE MARKETING. It's the only way you are going to do it. With your idea you would have cash in Paypal - you do not want to be relying on those f**kers to let you withdraw 7k in time - no chance!

Keep talking to them and make a small payment if possible. Go to Citizens Advice Bureau. They'll take over and contact the creditors on your behalf. I think the law protects you from harrassment and undue pressure. Go offline ASAP, go to CAB and write to the creditors saying you are seeking legal advice and you'll pay off in 30-45days.

No really good idea for this.. Why you dont sell your house, pay the debt, and move to an smaller one.. Shit happens, but have no better idea. Even if you are not a guru you wont make 7 grands within two weeks.. It usually takes me 1-2 months and im working online 8 years for now..
