Is there any readme how to set this up please?

I have not seen anything in the downloaded file and there are several pieces of scripts...., how to set up this?

I second that. How do you drive this thing

And it has a few executables, including one too big for virustotal. (I guess I could split it first.) Are we good to go on as far as viruses are concerned?

is this the one from flashstuffer.com? If so, the instructions should be in the admin panel.

Yes, there is.
It is in flashstuffer.zip in /admin/userguide/

This is directly from flashstuffer.com as I was a member there till recently.

It is perfectly clean. I had been using all the files in it.
