Sorting list of forums based on specific category automatically

Manually, its tedious, so how to do it on auto? For example from a list, I want all forums with category "politics" in a seperate list then the rest. Can you do that with a text editor (if so please tell me which one is it) or using xrumer tool (called "Links database analysis") or some other way.

Please someone tell me from experience, okay!

Note: I already have all the categories of each forum listed in the text. Just need to put forums that have same category in a different list and so on. So how to I do it auto?
